Customer loyalty is considered as the creation of value and increasing profits for product owners, both goods and services. The purpose of this study is to determine customer loyalty from the perspective of the philosophy of science. The research method uses literature reviews from various sources. The results of the study explain that customer loyalty from various aspects, both ontology, epistemology, and axiology. As well as the antecedents and consequences of customer loyalty can produce a conceptual model proposal. The conclusion of customer loyalty has a history and development from its emergence until now which is supported by several grand theories and the implementation of the use of customer loyalty in the field of marketing management.
